既然要飙英文麻将，自然要和国际接轨，让我们来看看麻将国标（mahjongcompetition rules，mcr）中是怎么规定的：
the basicmahjong set has 144 pieces, which contains 36 distinct kinds of pieces (4 ofeach kind). there are three suits, which run from one to nine.
麻将有144张基本牌【此处144张多指南方麻将，北方一般是136张】。一副麻将，包含36种不同的牌（每种4张）。有3种不同的花色，每种花色从一到九。

地和：going out ｏr winning a hand after drawing only one tile

对对胡：winning with all paired tiles / all triplets
自摸：winning by one's own draw / self-drawn
拦和：be won by one's left ｏr opposing opponent with the same tile oneneeds
平和：a win without points
鸡和：chicken hand
